Rotary Engine Compression Check Instructions

This is pretty easy:

1.) Buy a compression tester. 2.) Grab a pair of Craftsman pliers. 3.) Hold compression tester in one hand, and pliers in other hand. 4.) Grab the needle sticking out of the valve with the pliers, and while holding the tester still with one hand, pull on the pliers hand. 5.) When the needle comes out along with assorted junk, you are done.

To test compression:

1.) Pull one spark plug from each rotor. 2.) Remove EGI fuse and unhook spark plug wires. 3.) Press tip of compression tester into spark plug hole. 4.) Have assistant crank the engine while holding the gas pedal to the floor. 5.) Look at guage on compression tester and see where the needle is on each bounce.
